instead of massaging your ego ill give you a good crit : )
i like the detail and the lighting, you obviously have your own style in the works, but you really need to study proportions more, his legs are way too small. the sniper is also too short. his left arm seems 'off' to me. maybe extent the forearm slightly. apart from that very nice. continue and do studies. i know i need to :)
